The course will provide opportunities to develop food knowledge, cooking skills and healthy eating along with practical understanding of Food & Hospitality Industry.
The course contains six modules and will give insight into origins of food traditions and cultures. This course is complimented with ‘My Confidence Matters’ workshop.
