After years in the private sector, Lisa embarked on a career in the public sector where she worked as Head of Employer Engagement for over 15 years.  In 2016 Lisa set up Lancashare, the first county wide sharing platform.  4 years on, GB Shared is a multi award winning Northern Powerhouse Partner, all driven by sharing.
